Hawes Hill Court comprises 8 country houses and cottages carefully converted from old farm buildings in part dating back to the 1750's. Retaining old oak beams, local red brick with flint panels the conversion is executed to the highest standards to create a sense of timelessness and old-fashioned quality.

Set in one of the most beautiful and unspoiled parts of East Berkshire and at the heart of the Thames Valley the communications both locally and internationally are excellent. The town centres of Windsor, Ascot, Maidenhead, Bracknell and Wokingham are all within 5-6 miles. The M4 at Maidenhead (junction 8/9) is 5 minutes away; Junction 6 on the M4 at Windsor is 7-10 minutes away; to the M3, Bagshot Junction, is 15 minutes as is the M25 at either Chertsey or it's junction with the M4. The M40 at High Wycombe is 15-20 minutes. London Heathrow Airport is, out of rush hour, a little over 15 minutes away up the M4. London Gatwick and London Luton airports are both 45 - 60 minutes away. Mainline rail stations at Maidenhead and Slough provide fast trains (14 - 18 mins) to London Paddington and trains to London Waterloo take around 45 minutes from Ascot or Bracknell. The nearest private airfield is at White Waltham about 7 miles away and Booker Airfield High Wycombe) is 15 miles away.
